We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Chat & Email Support) for our leading BPO process. If you have excellent written communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle customer queries via live chat and email support
🔹 Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues

Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience: 0-1 year in BPO or a similar customer support role (Freshers are welcome!)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Qualifications:
🎓 Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate (Minimum 6 months experience required for UG candidates)
