Amazon latest Remote job: Amazon Advertising Service is expanding its online advertising program and seeking Ad Operation (AdOps) Associate to support its global business and deliver world class customer service. The role involve managing the daily operation of advertising campaign across Amazon and its owned and operated.
As an AdOps Associate, you will be responsible for campaign setup, identifying gap, and submitting request to internal ad team for moderation within Amazon’s advertising policy guideline.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Campaign Management – Set up and manage advertising campaign on Amazon platform.
✔ Ad Moderation – Ensure all campaign comply with Amazon’s advertising content policies.
✔ Relevancy Rating – Display the most relevant result for customers’ search query, enhancing the shopping experience.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal team to optimize campaign performance.
✔ Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign metric such as click per minute, impression, takeover verification, and ad effective.
✔ Campaign Reporting – Generate and provide campaign delivery reports to help advertiser enhance brand visibility.
✔ Ad Platform Support – Work across Amazon Ad programs like Prime Day, Twitch campaign, Fire TV Ads, Audio Ads, Alexa, IMDb, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
Basic Qualification
📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
📌 Language Skills: Must be fluent in English.
Preferred Qualification
✔ Experience in Online Advertising – Prior experience in managing ad operation or digital marketing campaign.
✔ Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
✔ Attention to Detail – Strong ability to ensure advertising campaign align with policy guideline and client objective.
