Key Responsibility
Analyze and review customer accounts based on daily aging reports
Make professional collection calls (inbound & outbound) to recover outstanding payments
Track payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up
Reconcile customer accounts and process necessary adjustment
Monitor customer payment behavior and report non-payment promptly
Provide customer support related to invoice, statement, refund, and billing queries
Resolve billing dispute and coordinate with internal team for issue resolution
Prepare and send dunning letters to customer for overdue account
Collaborate with sales, billing, and operation team to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain and update daily and weekly report with accuracy
Ensure full compliance with internal control and audit guideline
Participate actively in process improvement and training session
Act as backup to the team lead when required
Required Skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle international voice process
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
Open to working in flexible shift
Good understanding of billing and reconciliation process
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry
