Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Zomato Voice Process (Work from Home)
Job Location: Remote (Work from Home – PAN India)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Zomato.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues promptly.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow standard procedures and scripts.
Update customer records in the database after every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask.
Any 12th Pass can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
System Requirements:
Own Laptop/Desktop with working camera and mic.
Wi-Fi/Broadband Connection with stable internet.
Quiet work environment at home.
Note: No allowance will be provided for laptop or Wi-Fi connection.
Work Schedule:
6 Days Working per week
1 Rotational Week Off
Rotational Shift Timings (Candidates should be flexible)
Salary Details:
CTC: ₹16,000/- per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹12,500/- per month
