Job Type: Full-Time
Salary (CTC): ₹1.5 – ₹1.8 LPA
Shift: Rotational (24×7 support) – 9 hours/day (8 hrs production + 1 hr break)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Week Off
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Welcome
Education: Undergraduate or Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers
Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction
Follow standard communication script and maintain call quality
Update internal systems with call details and feedback
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Must own a laptop with at least 8GB RAM
Wi-Fi connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mbps is mandatory
Comfortable working rotational shifts in a 24×7 environment
Self-disciplined and capable of working independently from home
