Roles & Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical support over voice call to international customer.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic internet, network, modem, and landline issue.
Assist customer with hardware and software configuration for maximum functionality.
Offer the most appropriate solution based on the customer’s issue.
Guide users step-by-step through resolving WiFi/router connectivity and related problem.
Update customers on status and resolution timeline.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level tech teams when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
0–5 years of international technical support (voice process) experience
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on knowledge of ISP support, modem/router troubleshooting, and internet connectivity issues
Comfortable with night shifts and 24×7 work environments
Undergraduate freshers are NOT eligible
Graduate freshers must be from technical education background
