Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries over calls (voice process) in a professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and systems.
Maintain customer satisfaction through timely problem resolution.
Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies as required by the business.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with prior BPO, call center, or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal) – Mandatory
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs
Must have a laptop/desktop with webcam, headphones with mic, and stable internet connection (min 100 Mbps)
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: ₹2,82,000 – ₹4,33,000 per annum (Based on experience & interview)
Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200/year)
Internet Allowance: Up to ₹1,250/month
Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 – ₹225 per shift
Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5 Lakhs
Overtime Allowance: As per business requirements
Work Days: 5-day work week with 2 consecutive weekly offs
