Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer call and chats effectively and professionally.
Assist customers with Blinkit services, order status update, and delivery timeline.
Resolve queries in a timely and empathetic manner.
Work in a rotational shift environment (24/7) with flexibility.
Maintain accurate record of customer interaction.
Candidate Requirement
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (both can apply)
Communication: Must have fluent English communication skills
Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Attitude: Positive, team oriented, and customer focused mindset
System Requirements (Mandatory for Work from Home)
Minimum 8 GB RAM
