💼 Job Role: Voice Customer Support – WFH
Handle inbound customer calls related to e-commerce services
🔥 3-Month Contract Opportunity | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Provide prompt and accurate customer assistance
Maintain professionalism and service quality across every interaction
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issue efficiently
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 6 months in any voice process (must have document)
Education: Undergraduate and Graduate can apply
Communication: Excellent English and Hindi speaking, reading, and writing skills
Typing Speed: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Immediate joiners preferred
WFH Setup Requirements (Mandatory):
System: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
Camera: Functional webcam (mandatory)
Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps stable connection
Headset: USB noise-cancellation headset
Power Backup: Inverter or UPS (mandatory)

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
Shift: 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Week Off
Contract Duration: Till 30th September
Salary: ₹15,000 In-hand | ₹18,000 CTC
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong command of English and Hindi
