• Handle international customer calls related to the banking domain.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with a professional and customer-first approach.
• Maintain records of customer interaction and follow company protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers can apply
• Minimum 6 months International BPO Voice Experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong customer-first approach
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
