Being the first point of contact for customer via phone, chat, or email
Helping with order update, product question, refund, payments, and website issues
Using Amazon tool to find information and give quick, correct solution
Providing friendly and professional support in every conversation
Making sure the customer leaves happy and satisfied
This is a 100% Amazon work from home job, so you’ll handle all interactions online from your home workspace.
Work from Home Working Hours
You must work flexible shifts: day, night, or late evening
Minimum 40 hours per week
Shift timings will fall between 6 AM to 11 PM (Sunday to Monday)
You may have to work on national holidays
Exact shift schedule will be given before your joining date
