The People Experience Specialist plays a key role in supporting Revolut employees and creating a seamless, high-quality employee experience.

What You’ll Do
As a People Experience Specialist (Revolut), you will:
- Act as the main contact for all employee events in India
- Plan, organise, and execute events from start to finish
- Assist in delivering global onboarding for new employees
- Coordinate with external vendors and People teams globally
- Help the People Experience team meet KPIs
- Work on projects to improve employee engagement
- Support the company’s recognition & reward programmes
- Suggest and implement ideas to enhance employee experience
- Identify cost-saving methods where possible
- Manage the Employee Engagement Service Desk
What You’ll Need
