As a Customer Support Executive, you will help online customers with their orders over phone calls, chat and email. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Listening to customer problems and giving the right solution quickly
- Handling order issues like late deliveries, refunds, cancellations and replacements
- Keeping a proper record of every call, chat and case update
- Working with internal teams to close customer issues on time
- Staying polite and professional and keeping customer data private
- Meeting the company’s quality and productivity targets
