Job Role: Java Backend Lead
As a Java Backend Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will also manage a team of developers and ensure high-quality software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Software Development: Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend systems.

Must-Have Skills for Java Backend Lead
✔ Java & Spring Boot: Expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
✔ Microservices & API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs & Microservice.
✔ Team Management: Proven experience in handling and mentoring a development team.
✔ DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Docker, Kubernete.
