Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 2-5 years in customer support or related fields,  preferred experience in recruitment, BPO/KPO, Customer Success, Call Center.
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
Technical Setup: Stable Wi-Fi (minimum 30 Mbps) and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
Flexibility: Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and extended hours.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, CRM, ticketing systems, chat software, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
Commitment: Willingness to commit to the role for a minimum duration and start within a month.
Working Hours
Days: 5-day working week with rotational shifts.
Timings: Shift timings from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with future flexibility for a 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM window.
