For Apprentices (Complete Freshers without PF Account): ₹1,92,100 LPA (₹16,008/month)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Work Hours: 9 Hours Per Day (8 Hours Work + 1 Hour Break)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle customer queries via voice calls and provide resolution efficiently.
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaint professionally.
✔ Maintain high communication standard in English & Hindi (No Major MTI).
✔ Achieve quality and productivity targets in the customer service process.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Minimum High School (HS) Pass Required.
✅ Language Requirement: Fluent in English & Hindi (Strong verbal communication skills).
✅ Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
✅ Customer-Oriented Mindset and problem solving ability.
✅ No planned leaves for the next 3 months after joining.
✅ Candidates must not have attended any Flipkart interview in the last 3 months.
