Job Title: Chat Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing customer interactions in real-time using the live chat platform
Handling 3 to 4 customer chats simultaneously with speed and accuracy
Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Logging chat interactions accurately for future reference
Following company policies and maintaining performance metrics
Ensuring a positive and helpful customer service experience

Required Experience and Skills
Minimum 6 months experience in an International Chat Support role
Typing speed of more than 32 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Joining Conditions
Must be able to join immediately
Candidates currently pursuing education or in their notice period are not eligible
Should be flexible to work in night/graveyard shifts as per business needs
Educational Qualifications
No specific degree required, but candidates should have basic computer literacy
Previous chat support or BPO experience preferred
