Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a customer service team handling chat and email support. This role requires excellent leadership skills to ensure high customer satisfaction, process improvement, and seamless operation. If you have strong communication skills and experience in the BPO sector, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a customer service team to achieve target.
Monitor chat and email process performance and implement improvement.
Conduct regular meeting and feedback session for effective communication.
Develop strategy to reduce churn rate and enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with department like billing, sales, and technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a chat/email process.
Experience in managing a customer service team is mandatory.
Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Candidates currently working as SME or Sr. Executive are not eligible.
BPO background is required (Customer service experience only, not sales).
Experience in the telecom domain will be an added advantage.
