Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as part of the voice process.
Manage real time customer queries via chat support.
Resolve customer concern using provided tools and guideline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interaction.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher teams when necessary.
Provide product or service related information in a clear and helpful manner.
Participate in team activities focused on improving customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Undergraduate or graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years (both freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Skills Needed:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
Basic computer literacy and good typing speed.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekend.
Work Schedule:
Shift Timings: 9-hour rotational shifts (24/7 availability).
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (CTC).
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000 every 3 months based on performance.
