About the Role – Amazon LOA Case Manager

As an LOA Case Manager, you will handle employee leave request, ensure compliance with Amazon’s leave policies, and provide end-to-end case management for Amazon employees globally. Key Responsibilities
✔ Employee Case Management – Manage leave of absence and disability cases for Amazon employees.
✔ Policy Compliance – Review medical documents, apply leave policies, and ensure compliance with state & federal laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
✔ HR & Customer Support – Provide timely responses to employee queries via voice support.
✔ Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting – Identify and remove barriers for employees during leave.
✔ Stakeholder Communication – Coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Amazon leadership to facilitate a smooth leave process.
✔ Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate case records and update employees on leave status.
✔ Return-to-Work Coordination – Assist employees with a smooth return-to-work process after their leave period.
Qualifications & Skills Required
📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (Mandatory).
📌 Experience: 2+ years in HR, Customer Service, or Case Management.
📌 Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills (English fluency required).
📌 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
📌 Problem-Solving: Ability to assess complex cases and make quick decisions.
📌 Attention to Detail: Must maintain accuracy in case management and compliance handling.
