Support Amazon’s sellers by addressing their concerns through phone, email, and chat
Resolve complex issues using data and critical thinking
Build strong seller relationships through empathy and professional communication

Ensure data privacy and adhere to company policies
Work in a fast-paced contact center environment
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate from a recognized college or university
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends and holiday
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 93% accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months to 1+ year experience in BPO, customer support, or live chat support
Knowledge of e-commerce or retail business is a plus
