Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality checks to be done alongside while merchandising to avoid feedback & rework on briefs
Complete work as per the quoted timescales
Comprehend and action as per instructions received
Issues to be flagged on the spot
Sending task confirmation to clients on standard email templates
To ensure client’s on-line content continues to exceed customer expectations in terms of performance and presentation
Maintaining individual stats – Quality & Operational
Adhering to attendance policy and break schedules within shift
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Performing system update tasks
Skills:
MS Excel
Good written and spoken English
Client & Customer Focus
Performance Focus
Background knowledge of online retail or working in an online retail environment (Preferred)
Skill Set Required / Key Result Areas:
Communication to various stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure.
Computer literate and possess good keyboard skills
Able to multitask and prioritize work schedules
