Position: Customer Support & Technical Support for International UK Process
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through voice, email, and chat support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
Maintain and update customer records as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
10th Standard, 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply. (B.Tech Graduate Freshers Excluded)
Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
