Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with 50+ B2B clients including distributors, shopkeepers, and wholesalers
Communicate via WhatsApp, email, and outbound calls to support and engage clients
Convert new leads into long-term customers using effective sales techniques
Help clients place orders based on price lists and generate proforma invoices
Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
Ensure smooth and timely deliveries throughout the order lifecycle
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
Work closely with the US/UK client base in night shift timings
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (international preferred)
Experience dealing with US or UK clients is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (neutral accent preferred)
Confident in managing relationships and closing sales over calls and messages
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
