The HR executive team (part of the Corporate Functions team) at KPMG Global Services (KGS) focuses on managing our colleagues’ lifecycles.
It includes Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Development, Learning Interventions and Exit Management activities while providing on-ground support and driving COE initiatives for Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and upholding the core values and culture of the firm.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing day to day activities driving and supporting the Rewards and Benefits Strategy and Philosophy across all entities and business units of KGS.
Monitor monthly payroll ensuring all inputs are processed correctly by the payroll vendor.
Manage the Compensation system and related activities.
Work on payroll and compensation analytics dashboards. Including cost simulations.
Liase with other functions such as Finance, Payroll and Legal team for a smooth administration of existing and new Total Rewards programs.
Extend support in all internal and external audits and manage processes to ensure there are no red flags.
Ensure compliance with existing and new Statutory Compliances.
Stakeholder Management
Identify opportunities for improvement and consult with the leaders to agree on solutions. Imbibe a culture of continuous service improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational qualifications:
MBA (HR)
Work experience:
1-2 years of professional experience covering Compensation and Benefits operations and people analytics is preferred.
Mandatory technical & functional skills:
Proficiency in working with MS Excel and strong hold on analysis of data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders across levels and teams.
Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
Preferred technical & functional skills:
Experience in managing compensation through systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or in-house tools).
