Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Agent Recruitment & Development
Identify and recruit qualified insurance agent to create a strong agency network.
Onboard agent and guide them through sales process, compliance, and product knowledge.
Train agent on commercial insurance product and selling technique to boost productivity.
🔹 Field Sales Execution
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and joint calls with insurance agents.
Support agents in closing business leads and ensuring high conversion rates.
Present tailored insurance solutions to clients across various business segments.
🔹 Achieving Business Target
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goal.
Strategize and execute region specific sales campaign in Hyderabad.
Leverage agent network to generate consistent lead flow and policy sales.
🔹 Performance Monitoring & Coaching
Track sales agent KPIs (key performance indicators).
Conduct feedback session and one on one coaching to improve agent efficiency.
Motivate agent through reward structure and performance recognition.
🔹 Customer Engagement & Retention
Build strong client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive renewal and policy persistency through proactive engagement.
Resolve client queries and issues promptly, delivering a high quality service experience.
🔹 Market Intelligence & Competitor Insights
Stay informed about local insurance market trends in Hyderabad.
Monitor competitor offerings and adjust field strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales, agent performance, and client data.
Adhere to company and IRDAI compliance norms and audit requirements.
Submit timely reports and field activity summaries to the regional head.
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales, insurance sales, or agency management (General/Commercial Insurance preferred).
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the local language (Telugu preferred).
Location: Should be residing in or willing to work across Hyderabad and nearby markets.
Work Mode: Willing to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
