Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Blinkit delivery partners.
Resolve issue, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Document call details and follow up as needed.
Work effectively within the operations team to meet performance target.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (both eligible).
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Mandatory Requirements:
Laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10.
Stable Wi-Fi connection.
Work Environment & Shift Detail
Permanent Work from Home (WFH).
6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
9-hour shift (8 hours production + 1 hour split break).
On-the-job training will be provided.
Salary & Benefit
Attractive salary package: ₹14,400 CTC per month.
