Remote Job Associate Customer Service Manager
Location: India – Work From Home / Remote
Company: CACTUS Communications – A Remote-First Organization
Shift: Day Shift | 9-hour shift between 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM (5 days/week including weekends)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound support ticket and customer emails using CRM system
Understand customer need to offer ideal pricing, services, and delivery option
Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries in a single interaction when possible
Maximize customer satisfaction and meet SLA target
Serve as the voice of the customer across internal team
Collaborate cross functionally and escalate complex issue when required
Deliver a premium support experience in editing, translation, and publication service
Role Requirement
Excellent verbal and written English communication
0–1 year of experience (Freshers welcome customer service experience is a plus point)
Comfortable working in a remote team across global time zone
Problem solving mindset and a passion for delivering great service
Strong collaboration and intercultural communication skills
Must have basic home office setup (computer, headset, stable internet)
