Your Key Responsibilities:
Research and find accurate information about doctor license and certification in the U.S.
Fill out and manage form for doctor so they can get licensed and approved by insurance companies.
Double check detail and update information on the company’s system.
Communicate with clients and doctors through email to collect any missing information.
Help the team with special project, such as onboarding new clients.
Write short and clear guides based on your research for clients to follow.
Support with other day-to-day tasks as needed.
Who Can Apply:
