With partnership with major courier companies, iCarry aims to simplify shipping process, allowing businesses to concentrate on growth rather than logistic.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, email, and calls
Manage inbound and outbound support calls
Escalate issues to courier partners when needed
Follow up with leads and ensure client satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)
Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or operations (logistics experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have a laptop with webcam, mobile phone, and stable broadband internet
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
