Salary: Up to ₹22,000 CTC
Shift Timing: Rotational (24/7 Shifts), 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concern related to product or service via email.
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues.
Maintain a professional tone and clear communication in all response.
Coordinate with internal team to resolve customer concern.
Meet performance metrics and contribute to overall team goal.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 0 to 3 years in BPO non-voice processes, email support, or similar industries.
Typing Skills: Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Language: Proficiency in English (written) is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
Versant Score: Minimum 50 (Non-Voice) or Versant 5
Location: Must be able to work remotely from home.
Work Hours: 9-hour login (rotational shifts), 6 days a week.
Educational Qualification
12th Pass or Any Graduate
