Key Responsibilities
Handle international collection calls (inbound/outbound) professionally
Monitor assigned account and maintain accurate customer records
Follow up on outstanding payment and ensure timely collection
Send reminder and Dunning letter for overdue account
Manage account adjustment, refund, and unapplied credit
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving billing issues
Escalate non-payment and critical issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with Sales, Operation, Billing, and internal team
Adhere to all compliance, quality, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) requirement
Maintain and update daily/weekly trackers and self-quality checks
Support audit processes and participate in process improvement initiative
Act as a backup for Team Lead when required
Participate actively in training, assessment, and internal L&D programs
Required Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 0–3 years in collections, international voice process, or customer service
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication (English)
Knowledge of collections process, credit control & reconciliation (preferred)
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to work in night shifts (US Process)
Ability to work from home independently with strong time management
