Job Title: Order Support Customer Service Associate (CSA)
Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Candidates must be based in Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/month
Shifts: Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Rotational Week Offs
Key Responsibilities
Handle order-related support queries via voice or email channel
Resolve customer complaints with accuracy and professional
Update order status and assist with delivery or return issues
Maintain customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality guidelines
Candidate Requirement
💬 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
🧠 Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
🕐 Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
🎓 Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
🌍 Must be residing in or near Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon
