About the Role – Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
Our Customer Support team is the face of Revolut. We help customers with their question and ensure they have a smooth experience using our service. As a Support Specialist, you won’t just follow script – you’ll solve real problem and provide world class support via live chat and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist UK customers via chat and phone.
Provide fast and friendly support to resolve issues.
Ensure customers feel safe and secure using Revolut
Collaborate with team worldwide to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
3+ years of customer support experience (preferably in call support)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Passion for helping people and delivering excellent service
Nice to Have:
Experience in banking, finance, or sales
Knowledge of fintech services
Work Schedule & Compensation
Revolut operates 24/7, so shifts may include nights and weekends
Additional compensation for night shifts
