About the Role
The Financial Crime Operations team plays a key role in keeping customers and their money safe. This team works closely with customers to solve problems and identify risks. By using advanced technology, we aim to stop financial crimes in ways never seen before.
We are looking for a Phone Support Specialist to help customers who may be victims of fraud. Your job will involve investigating cases, taking quick action to solve them, and reporting fraud when needed. As we are a global fintech company, our services are available 24/7, so this job may require working night shifts and weekends.
Extra compensation will be provided for night shifts, but please consider this before applying. If you are ready for the challenge, we would love to hear from you!
What You Will Do
Assist customers over the phone and ensure they feel safe using our services. Use problem-solving and communication skills to identify and stop fraud. Report any suspicious activities to prevent financial crimes. Work on projects to improve processes and policies within the team. Handle confidential information with care.
What You Need
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills.
Full Work from Home job.
Experience in financial crime investigations. At least 6 months of customer support experience (phone-based).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in different shifts.
Comfortable working with compliance teams in a fast-paced international setting.
Great attention to detail and accuracy.
