The Senior Analyst Will Provide The Following Support
Ability to work with and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, global heads across countries, geographies and sectors
Expertise in content harvesting, lifecycle management and risk management
Working knowledge of metadata and taxonomy application on the SharePoint online environment
Creation of dashboards and presentations for leadership
Attend sector/network/practice calls/events to develop relationships, identify subject matter experts and identify opportunities to enhance the program
Manage delivery of all Content services being offered to the business and manage continuous improvement program for these services
Ideate, design, develop, and manage deployment of communications and awareness channels including Newsletters and MS teams channels etc.
Responsibilities
Provide M365 and SharePoint support to the sectors with their go-to-market (GTM) presence.
Provides support on setting up Intranet communication and collaboration sites as well as help digitizing and automating business processes.
Provide support on GTM portal design and architecture – Development and maintenance of sites, architecture consultation, What goes where on the pages/TeamSite
Support with building the KM strategy for the sectors in consultation with the Global Sector Network
Build and Formalize SharePoint support which will tie in with the overall GCM KM strategy.
Manage delivery of all Portal, Content and TeamSite services being offered to the business and manage continuous improvement program for these services.
Ideate, design, develop, and manage deployment of communications and awareness channels including MS teams, news pages.
Assess the effectiveness of sites via Metrics, surveys, on calls with working groups etc.
Proactively propose solutions for challenges faced by the network members and suggest enhancements to their existing program designs and processes.
Facilitate requests fulfilment and collaboration with KGS teams.
