As a Customer Support Trainee, you will begin your journey as a Support Engineer critical role that acts as the bridge between customer, developer, consultant, and management. You will be the first point of contact for customer query and issues, working through our ServiceDesk to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Customer Support Trainee – Remote (Full Time)
Department: Customer Support
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)
Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CET (Central European Time)
Job Responsibilities
Manage customer and internal support tickets through the ServiceDesk as per the standard procedure.
Perform software testing to ensure feature and fixe are delivered accurately.
Prepare and share test report for both individual ticket and test script.
Facilitate and communicate application (release) availability to customers.
Coordinate with the Team Lead for task planning and updates.
Keep track of customer issues and escalate to team leads/managers when necessary.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in a customer support or IT-related role.
Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Oracle Suite and its applications is a plus (not mandatory).
