Key Responsibilities:
Provide voice-based customer support to international clients.
Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and performance targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage calls efficiently during rotational 24/7 shifts.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Excellent command over spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Should be able to work from office for the first 3 months.
