Work from Home Human Resource Executive Talent Acquisition Teleperformance: A language interpreter is needed for a full-time remote position. The communications Interpreter will be in charge of accurately translating spoken and written communications between people from various backgrounds and languages, both in Bengali and English. In order to accurately translate the comments made by the speakers, the language interpreter will also need to pay close attention to what they are saying, clarify anything that is unclear, and maintain objectivity.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide real-time interpretation between Bengali and English for inbound and outbound call.
Translate entire sentences without mixing words from other language.
Interpret spoken and written communication accurately while preserving tone and context.
Handle voice processes – calls, chats, or emails where bilingual support is needed.
Clarify unclear statements and ensure smooth communication between partie.
Work collaboratively with the support team to resolve customer querie.
Eligibility & Qualification
Education: Any Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English (both verbal & written).
Freshers and experienced candidate are eligible.
Willing to work in night shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational week off).
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹5.50 LPA (Bengali Process).
