Key Responsibilities:
Review hundred of short videos daily to analyze and verify stowing actions at Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Use human judgment and internal tools to ensure products are stored correctly.
Maintain highest accuracy standard while meeting productivity goals.
Identify product placement, even from low-quality or blurry videos.
Follow defined schedule, break, and maintain a dedicated workspace at home.
Participate in virtual meeting with the camera turned on when required.
Support process improvements by consistently providing accurate audit.
Qualification and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and high focus.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights).
Excellent observation skills for auditing image, video, and text data.
Must have a quiet, secure work from home setup with good lighting and privacy.
Fast learner with the ability to meet incremental productivity and quality targets.
Ready to visit the office when needed (for occasional in-person activities).
Effective communication skills and team player attitude.
Work Schedule
Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts (9-hour shifts, including scheduled break).
Weekly Off: Two consecutive rotational days off (not fixed on weekend).
Night Shift Allowance: Provided as per Amazon policy.
