Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hyderabad (On-site only)
Experience Required: Prior customer service experience preferred
Salary: Competitive (will be discussed during the interview)
Shift: Rotational shifts (US/UK time zones)
Joining: Immediate joiners only
Interview Mode: Walk-in only (no virtual interviews)
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to international clients through voice support.
Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions with professionalism.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
Follow quality assurance standards to ensure top-notch customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Must be based in Hyderabad and available to join immediately.
