🔹 Job Role: Finance & Accounting (F&A) Associate
🔹 Industry: BPO / Finance & Accounting
🔹 Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Two-way transport provided)
🔹 Experience: 3-8 Years in General Accounting / Record to Report (RTR)
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
🔹 Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / ICWA / CA
Key Responsibilities – Finance & Accounting Role
✔ General Accounting & RTR: Manage and oversee end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes.
✔ Journal Entries & Accruals: Review and process journal entries, accrual, and bad debt provision.
✔ Reconciliation: Conduct high-risk reconciliations, bank account reconciliation, and open item clearance.
✔ Risk & Issue Management: Identify financial risks and provide timely status updates.
✔ Process Improvement: Ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.
Skills Required for Cognizant Finance & Accounting Job
✔ Finance & Accounting Expertise: Prior experience in General Accounting / RTR process.
✔ Oracle Application Knowledge: Candidates with Oracle ERP experience are preferred.
✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
✔ Attention to Detail & Accuracy in Financial Operation
✔ Effective Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
✔ Knowledge of Visual Basic / Macro (Added Advantage)
