Job Description:
📍 Job Location:
Malad, Mumbai
🕒 Shift Details:
✅ 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
✅ 5 Days a Week (2 Days Off)
Salary Details:
✅ Voice Process: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand
✅ Chat Process: Up to ₹28,000 In-Hand
✅ Backend Operations: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand
🚖 Hiring Boundary (Cab Facility):
🔹 Western Line: Mira Road to Church gate
🔹 Central Line Candidates: One-Side Cab + Centralized Pickup & Drop
📝 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Voice Process: Handle inbound calls for UK/US-based customers and provide accurate solutions.
🔹 Chat Process: Investigate banking fraud transactions and resolve queries via chat.
🔹 Backend Operations: Monitor transactions and assist in fraud investigations on behalf of the bank.
