Key Responsibilities:
As a GO-AI Associate, your primary task involves carefully analyzing videos of stowing actions at our fulfillment centers. You’ll need to deeply understand each action depicted in the videos and use your keen judgment, along with the available tools and resources, to accurately annotate the activities captured. Ensuring the precise marking of product locations is crucial in upholding the stow quality of our fulfillment centers. This role demands operational excellence, as you’ll be responsible for meticulously annotating videos and images with a high level of accuracy under general supervision.

Amazon Working Life
As a GO-AI Associate, you’ll work in a 24X7 environment with rotational shifts, totaling 9 hours per shift, including breaks. Shift timings may vary quarterly or as per business requirements. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon’s work policy. Enjoy two consecutive days off on a rotational basis, determined by business discretion.

About the Team:
GO-AI supports Amazon Fulfillment facilities by providing human support for active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images. Annotating brief videos enables hands-free stowing and helps maintain stow quality at fulfillment centers. Your annotations contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of automated processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream with good MS Office skills. 0 – 24 months of experience in any domain with strong logical reasoning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Non-engineering academic background. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with exceptional listening skills. Demonstrable understanding of the internet, proficiency in MS Office, and a keen eye for detail.
