Role: Customer Support Executive (Zomato Chat Process)
Eligibility: 12th Pass/Graduates Eligible (Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
6 Days Working Rotational Shift Laptop Required
Salary: Up to 16,000/- CTC + Quarterly Bonus Rs.3,894/-

Scope of Work: As a Zomato Customer Care Executive, you will handle all voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners. Fluency in both Hindi and English is required.
Screening Rounds:
- HR Round
- Voice Versant test Level 4 Minimum
- Operations Interview
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass/Graduates Eligible (Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication in English
Additional Details:
- Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months of post-training documented experience in any customer service role.
- Males and Females should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
- Six days working with rotational off.
- Immediate joining.
- Training is paid and mandatory to clear certification post-training.
- Candidates must have their own device Laptop/PC with Windows 10 Pro & Wi-Fi.
