Salary Range (Full-Time): ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (in hand)
Salary Range (Part-Time): ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (in hand)
Working Hours (Part-Time): 3 to 6 hours daily Part-Time (Flexible)

Job Requirements:

For Freshers:
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
Internet research skills.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR domain.

For Experienced Candidates:

Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR field
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media platforms
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

 

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.)
Screening resumes and applications
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Maintaining candidate databases and records
Collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs

Daily Tasks of an HR Recruiter:

Review and Manage Job Applications:

Regularly check job portals and email inboxes for new applications.
Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Sourcing Candidates:

Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) to find potential candidates.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline.

Conducting Preliminary Interviews:

Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Evaluate communication skills, technical abilities, and interest in the role.

Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews:

Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback.

Maintaining Candidate Records:

Update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment spreadsheets.
Track each candidate’s progress through the recruitment funnel.

Job Posting and Advertising:

Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Regularly refresh job postings to keep them visible and updated.

Communicating with Candidates:

Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the role and company culture.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

Discuss job offers with selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and joining dates.
Assist with the onboarding process by coordinating with the HR team.

Daily Reporting and Coordination:

Report daily recruitment progress to the team or hiring manager.
Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, challenges, and process improvements.

Continuous Learning and Process Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Work on optimizing sourcing techniques and improving the candidate experience.
