Screening & Shortlisting: Conducting interview, assessing candidate, and coordinating with hiring manager.
Target-Based Hiring: Meeting weekly and monthly hiring target within the specified time frame.
Coordination & Follow-ups: Managing candidate queries, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Strong Knowledge of Recruitment Processes.
Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Hiring Target
Good Understanding of Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other hiring platforms
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented to handle recruitment independently
