Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹23,000 Take-Home Pay (Based on Language Fluency & Interview Performance)
Job Role: Permanent, On-Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to banking service over the phone
Assist customers with account related issues and service request
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and effective solution
Follow banking protocols and ensure a smooth customer experience
Work in rotational shift as per business requirement
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: Any Graduate (UG & PG can apply)
✔ Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi + Any 2 Regional Languages (English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Konkani, Assamese)
✔ Age Limit: Less than 32 years
✔ Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
✔ Immediate Joiner Preferred (Joining within 3-4 days)
