Job Title: Accounts Officer (Payroll)
Department / Business Unit: Finance
Location: Delhi
JOB PURPOSE:
To manage payroll end to end & meeting all payroll related compliances.
Coordinate with employees related to all their payroll related queries
Coordination with Payroll service partner for payroll input & output. Reviewing pay sheet with Payroll processing team and ensuring payout on the last working day.
Day to day accounting entries in terms of employee payroll & overheads
Execution of month end closing timetable and to close books every month in terms of Employee payroll & overheads
Experience & Skills:
Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience of handling accounts and payroll.
Should have knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Tally (ERP)
Should have knowledge of IGAAP.
Must be good in MS office and excel
SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
Experience of working in a matrix organization will be an advantage.
Commerce graduate.
Must have good communication and presentation skills
