What would you do?
Guard and Promote the Culture of the Ecosystem: Hold the team(s) together and thus help build, promote and manage a culture that promotes growth on the pillars of integrity, respect and excellence. Be a Brand Ambassador, taking the spirit of BluOne (and its group companies) beyond the workplace. You would have to collaborate with leaders of all departments/functions to create and maintain a culture of high performance and higher accountability. You shall, therefore, be required to be up-todate with global trends, best practices and new techniques.
Create Delightful, People-oriented Experiences: Strive to create / provide the most delightful experiences (for associates, prospects, alumni, vendors / partners and others) across all stages of association from scouting to recruiting to onboarding to off-boarding (including and not limited to the work environment, learning and career development, rewards / recognition, policies / processes, and engagement). Building a culture of excellence would require from you continuous analyzing and improving of policies, procedures, training and development, and performance management.
Chart Apt Growth Paths: Knowing that everyone is different in terms of learning, abilities, and interests, create personalised integral / holistic growth paths for each person in the ecosystem. Your planning would include working on learning and development, career progression, succession planning, internal transfers, and also offboarding / exits. At all times, you would have to keep the interests of both – the individual and the institution – in consideration.
You are someone with:
2-4 years of experience as a generalist managing talent and administration, and are looking for a long-term association.
Proven hands-on operation management capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.
Extroversion, and the natural inclination to connect with people.
Excellent written and oral English communication. You shall be reading, writing, analysing, interpreting, negotiating and presenting business correspondence with groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
Sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction.
A belief in constant Learning, Unlearning and Sharing, and having no fear of experiments and change.
Openness to adapt new technology (software and hardware).
Proactively analytical, ownership-driven, results-oriented, compliance-minded, problem-solving, and calculative aptitude.
Sharp attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time, resources, teams and budgets effectively and efficiently.
